Opened December 29, 1979 Atlantic City's first casino, the 942 guest room Resorts Atlantic City features the Superstar Theater, two lounges, retail and a health spa with an indoor/outdoor swimming pool. In May 2013, a partnership between Jimmy Buffett and Resorts Casino Hotel brought a Margaritaville-themed restaurant, bar and surf shop to the resort. The $35 million complex consists of a LandShark Bar & Grill on the beach, plus a Five O'Clock Somewhere Bar.
